AERNOS THREADLINE REELS
If you're in the market for a budget-priced reel but one which is packed
with features, it's hard to go past the Shimano Aernos threadline range.
A stainless steel bearing, more efficient gearing, an oversized rubberised
handle for increased cranking power and Super Stopper 11 anti-reverse
make the Aernos one sweet reel to use.
Additionally, a positive click bail arm and a double-anodised cold forged
aluminium spool to resist corrosion means these reels are built to last
and represent great value for money.
The 2000 holds 240 metres of two kilo line, the 3000 230 metres of three
kilo, the 4000 200 metres of five kilo and the 6000 265 metres of six
kilo. Each reel features healthy retrieve speeds as well - 5.2:1 for the
2000, 3000 and 4000, while the 6000's is 4.4:1.
